It was agreed that: Membership Greg would take over from Angus as Membership secretary for the 2021 season, given Angus is possibly moving from the area later in the year Together, they will formulate a subs and match-fees policy, based on the following: £40 subs, £10 concessions £5 Sunday, £3 T20 (£3/£2 concessions) Charging non-members more until they pay subs Levying this through Pitchero Sending out a clear email with the rules in March/April Net Tim & Graham will invite contacts to quote for creating a concrete base for a net behind the pavilion Simon will email Joe to seek permission Graham & Peter W will look at various funding possibilities with council etc Simon will fund the (reasonable) costs to cover any shortfall in club funds for the net Other Peter will check insurance for additional Covid issues and look around for alternative cheaper cover Peter will write to Peter K to ask for read only access for bank account Angus will organise painting of container Bruce will look at fixing various guttering issues on the pavilion Angus will cost AVCC sign Peter will sort committee pictures for website Everyone send Peter a picture Interval tea will remain a biscuit and a cuppa For special matches we’ll try and get a Barbie going Simon will continue with post-match beers, charging the oppo £30 per game (not discussed, any further thoughts on that?) Bruce will look at re-furbing the loo. Simon will ask Judith if she’s up for a spring clean
